What You Will Do :

Provide data visualization, analysis, and data business process improvement support to major program acquisition office at an IC Agency. Candidate will support customer with data analysis of corporate data sets and create tools/processes/dashboards to streamline program execution and improve monitoring of cost, schedule, and performance. These analyses will be conducted using Business Intelligence (primarily Tableau) and analytics tools as necessary to best assess the data and display conclusions. Tools and visualizations will support customers' strategic decision making. Candidate should possess the ability to interpret customer process and visualization requirements and execute accordingly. Candidate will collect, analyze, and communicate mission and program office information in a consistent enterprise manner supporting data-driven analyses that optimize the alignment of resources to strategic mission needs over time. Candidate will also assist with the optimization of these data processes using digital engineering tools such as Jira. As part of the process improvement, candidate will identify and provide recommendations for leveraging enterprise data services, dashboards, etc.

What You Will Need :

• ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET/SCI federal security clearance with COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) Polygraph

• Minimum of FIVE (5) or more years' of relevant work experience supporting local, state, or federal customers

• Bachelors Degree

• Experience with Tableau/Tableau Server and creating data visualizations

• Must be able to work with compiled data sets, of varying size and complexity, to calculate metrics, identify trends and communicate results

What Would Be Nice To Have :

• Ability to create data visualizations in Tableau based on customers’ requirements using Agile methods and tools (e.g., Jira, backlog, iterative reviews, user stories)

• ​Demonstrated ability to effectively and successfully engage with and brief leadership on data, metrics, processes, and goals and recommend solutions

• Experience with Agile methodologies

• Some experience or familiarity with extracting, aggregating, and processing data using programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL, R).

• Advanced experienced conducting analysis of large data sets (data science techniques preferred, regression analysis, data mining, etc.)

• Experience with open-source tools for collaboration and code storage (e.g., Gitlab)

• Experience with Jira/Atlassian tools

• Familiarity with IC/DoD domain

• Familiarity with intelligence products
