Job Summary and Qualifications

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ø Sets positive, professional image for NorthCrest Medical Center

Ø Answers and directs incoming calls promptly, professionally

Ø Handle “stat” calls.

Ø Completes duties as assigned, including reports, etc.

Ø Understands importance of Hospital Codes and understands role in calling of these codes

Ø Adheres to HIPAA privacy regulation in accordance with hospital’s policies and procedures

Ø All other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ø High School Diploma/GED preferred

Ø Excellent customers service and communication skills
