Landscapers. Mike Spaeder Landscaping Inc., has 6 openings. Temp/FT. 03/15/2025-12/30/25. Work location: 718 Old Marple Road, Springfield, PA 19064. Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand of power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform of variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units and any other related tasks. Perform physical activities such as lift, balance, walk, stoop, handle position, move, manipulate materials, use static strength to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, carry objects up to 75 lbs. All applicants must be able, willing, qualified to perform work described and must be available for the entire period specified and work throughout all areas of intended employment. Employer will provide workers, at no charge, all tools, supplies & equipment required to perform the job. 40 hrs per week. M-F 7:00-4:00pm. Will offer wage $19.76/hr ($29.64 OT) OT varies. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Payday weekly. Payroll deductions as required by law. Merit pay raises may be available at the employer's discretion. Employer will provide transportation to and from workshop listed above to multiple worksites in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties, PA. Must verify 3 months of experience as a landscaping laborer. Saturdays required when necessary. No min education required.  No on-the-job training will be provided. Employer paid criminal background & drug test prior to employment. Reasonable & most economical/common carrier transportation costs for both out-of town and H-2B workers living abroad to the place of employment will be reimbursed, by a single check issued to the employee in the full amount as required by DOL regulations when and if the worker completes half of the employment period. Upon completion of contract or where worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation back home, except where worker will not return due to subsequent employment w/another employer.  H-2B workers will be reimbursed, in the first workweek, for all visa: visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees). Employees will be provided w/minimal daily subsistence of  at least $15.88 per day during travel, up to a max of $59.00 p/day w/receipts.
