Description:

The Technician Level One position is responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of service items, kitchen equipment and HVAC/ Refrigeration systems. The position will travel daily to various restaurant locations, other company locations and parts houses. Will perform a variety of complicated tasks relying on experience, training and independent judgment to plan and carry out goals, missions, and objectives. This position will provide Zone Leader and restaurant managers with status updates on assigned projects and repairs. May supervise and direct the activities of other workers associated with HVAC system operation, repair and installation in the absence of the Zone Leader.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma

• Meets all requirements for Level Two Technician position

-Five + years of commercial kitchen field service technician experience required

-Universal EPA II & CFC Certification

-State Registered

-Verifiable driving record with no traffic violations in the previous two years
