Warehouse Managerto join our team! You will actively run and oversee our warehouse operations. We are seeking candidates who have at least two years of experience managing warehouse operations.

On a given day, your work might include:

  • Oversee the warehouses operational activities, establish current and long-range goals, plans, policies, and safety initiatives, and ensure all are consistent with the Companys mission and values.
  • Act as subject matter expert and resource to others within and outside the department.
  • Promote and participate in process improvements, looking for opportunities to do things more effectively and efficiently.
  • Communicate regularly with applicable members of management to review business results, share observations, and provide feedback.
  • Utilize company software and proprietary systems to timely generate division reports for senior managements review of current operation status compared to meeting overall performance objectives.
  • In conjunction with senior management, review, evaluate and measure employee performance against Company goals and standards and establish target for improvement when necessary; recommend promotion/job change and/or compensation changes for employees under assigned responsibility on predetermined and timely basis.
  • Efficiently manage, provide leadership for and develop staff through effective communication, coaching, training and development for continued success and/or future advancement.
  • Ensure compliance with Company hiring, counseling/discipline and termination policies.
  • Determine staffing levels and oversee employee scheduling and foster a cooperative and harmonious working climate conducive to maximize employee morale and productivity.
  • Address and resolve all employee concerns/issues in a timely manner.
  • Oversee the facility maintenance to ensure the facility is fully operational.
  • Participate in physical inventory and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory.
  • Ensure that security is maintained in the warehouse and in the working areas.

What you need to carry out this job:

  • Two years of managing warehouse operations (preferred)
  • Bachelors degree preferred; can consider equivalent combination of education/experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
  • Must be able to safely lift 75 pounds
