Internship Highlights:

  • Duration: 10 weeks

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week

  • Pay: $25.00/hour

  • Location: Hybrid role based in Springfield, MO; Allen, TX; or Monett, MO

What You’ll Do

Gain hands-on experience and learn essential sales skills beyond the classroom. Your responsibilities include:

  • Research: Identify potential clients using LinkedIn and industry websites like FDIC and bank sites.

  • Competitive Analysis: Understand our market position and the solutions we offer to clients.

  • Product Knowledge: Learn about Jack Henry's suite of products and articulate how each addresses client challenges.

  • Networking: Collaborate with Inside Sales BDMs, Sales Executives, and product teams to strategize solutions.

  • Sales Exposure: Work alongside Inside Sales Executives and experience the full sales cycle.

  • Leadership Insight: Gain access to Jack Henry’s Corporate Leadership Team.

  • Toolkits & Innovation: Utilize product toolkits to refine solution presentations and contribute to their continuous improvement.

  • Performance Tracking: Analyze and share key performance indicators from sales campaigns, and brainstorm optimization strategies.

What You’ll Need to Have:

  • Must have at a minimum a bachelor’s degree graduation date between December 2025 - May 2026.

  • Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or Sales.

  • Be able to work up to 40 hours per week throughout the summer internship with minimum absences.

  • Meet legal requirements to work in the U.S. for an indefinite period of time without any sponsorship.

What Would Be Nice for You Have:

  • Strong presentation and communication skills.

  • Basic knowledge of the FinTech industry.
