Adecco US, Inc. IT Technician in Springfield, Missouri

We are recruiting for an IT Technician to provide hands-on, on-site IT support ensuring seamless operations and system compliance, serving as the front line for IT troubleshooting, user support, and systems maintenance.

Specifically, this position:

  • Provides End-User Support quickly resolving IT issues ensuring productivity and minimal downtime

  • Troubleshoots hardware, software, and network problems across various technologies, including Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Industrial Control Systems (ICS).

  • Maintains and supports site-level applications, equipment, and IoT devices crucial to the manufacturing process.

  • Ensures secure, reliable network communications between the plant and corporate office, including management of firewalls and VPNs.

  • Manages IT projects and delivers timely and cost efficient results

Candidates should possess:

  • Proven skills in managing IT operations and support in a manufacturing setting.

  • Associate Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field with 3-5 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 0-3 years of experience in IT support.

  • Certifications: ITIL, CompTIA A+, Network+, or relevant manufacturing IT certifications desired.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems, database management, and industrial control systems is highly desirable.

  • Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.

This position provides a full benefit package including medical, dental, prescription, disability, and life insurance; 401 K plan, and Paid Time Off.

Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
