Description:

Mercy Medical Center is looking for a Patient Access Rep to join our Mammography Team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and care to all patients and clients.

What you will do:

  • Greet patients and administer check-in and registration

  • Prepare charts

  • Answer multi-line phone and triages calls

  • Schedule appointments for exams and procedures

  • Complete a variety of clerical and data entry assignments

  • Create and maintain a professional, caring and customer-oriented environment

Position Highlights and Benefits:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 1 years' experience in healthcare preferred

  • Familiarity with medical terminology
