Director, Residential Programs Job Location - Springfield, MA Remote Type - Hybrid Position Type - Full-time Salary Range - \$81,000.00 - \$94,000.00 Salary Description Department: Housing Support Services Work Arrangement: Hybrid-remote (at least 4 days/week onsite) At Way Finders, we are passionately invested in lifting up the region\'s people, places, and systems. Interested in joining our team of dedicated professionals? Way Finders is currently seeking a full-time Director, Residential Programs in our Housing Support Services department. The Director, Residential Programs furthers our mission through the successful administration and supervision of emergency assistance scattered site shelter programs for homeless families, ensuring the successful placement of families into permanent housing through rehousing-focused assessments and planning, case management, and supportive services. The Director manages all required service provisions, including but not limited to unit maintenance and compliance in collaboration with the Residential Operations team. A successful candidate will have progressively responsible experience in a shelter setting that includes supervising others. The candidate will work largely onsite. One remote day per week may be approved as appropriate to the needs of the program. Requirements include: 7 years\' experience in housing/social services, program administration, or a related field; a combination of similar experience plus a Bachelor\'s degree may be a substitute Progressively responsible mid-to-senior-level leadership experience Proficient in Microsoft applications (including Excel and Teams), and comfort learning new technologies Ability to organize and prioritize to meet deadlines Able to effectively communicate with all levels of internal staff and external clients and constituents Bilingual (English/Spanish)skills preferred, but not required Valid driver\'s license with acceptable driving record; reliable vehicle CORI Benefits include: Generous paid time-off \| 15+ holidays annually \| Health, dental, and vision insurance options FROM DAY ONE \| Educational assistance \| Medical Reimbursement Account \| Dependent Care Account \| 403(b) retirement plan with employer match \| Life insurance \| Short-term and long-term disability insurance \| Transportation benefits \| Employee Assistance Program \| Annual staff picnic!
