OUR COMPENSATION PHILOSOPHY

We offer competitive total compensation that includes pay, benefits, and other recognition programs for our employees. The base pay range shown above considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including knowledge/skills; relevant experience and training; education/certifications/licensure; and other business and organizational factors. This base pay range does not include our comprehensive benefits package and any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role.

The Digital Navigation Coordinator (Coordinator) for the Alliance of Digital Equity (ADE) supports digital-equity-building by helping to organize and facilitate networks and partnership initiatives including: (1) working with subcontractors and members to develop and support digital navigation practitioners, curriculum and informational one-pagers, train-the-trainer programs, and their leadership in the Alliance (2) managing training programs for the Alliance (ADE) with contractors and internal teams, and supporting community-based partners to answer direct internet and digital navigation questions, (3) providing support for the Alliance’s digital equity initiatives and community outreach.

One major function of this position is to assist community-based partners in the preparation, training and deployment of all digital navigation programs of the Alliance and its partners. Adheres to system and department compliance policies and applicable laws and regulations. Performs other duLes as assigned. May provide functional direction to Digital Equity Project Specialist, Americorps digital fellows, and Administrative Assistant on assigned work.

Digital Navigation work includes, but is not limited to: The Digital Navigator will provide individualized or small group assistance to community members and/or the staff of community-based organizations, who need affordable home internet service, affordable internet-capable devices, and/or coaching in introductory digital skills in order to become effective home internet users and be able to participate online fully. This assistance may be provided in person or by voice telephone, email, text, video chat, and other communication methods that work for the client.
