The Associate Window Server & Cloud Engineer would be responsible for monitoring and managing the Windows Server and Cloud Engineer Service Now queues. (Windows Server & Windows Server on Call) Triaging, reassigning, and completing daily requests. Technical information would be documented and shared with the Service Desk, Field Services, and Desktop Engineering teams. The Associate Window Server & Cloud Engineer would also work with engineers on any requests that require additional technical support. Monitoring and addressing daily \ weekly virtual Server Environment maintenance tasks would also be required.

Job Responsibilities:

• This position will be primarily focused on the intake work, which is approximately 10 issues per day, these issues range from moderate to high in priority. With moderate being the majority, approximately 60%. The Associate Server Engineer will handle the quick hits and work with Engineers and Sr. Engineers to identify patterns and decrease partner response times.

• Increased efficiency in triaging, reassigning, and resolving the daily Level 2 requests. Increased collaboration with other teams, and share documented technical solutions, increasing first touch resolutions within first level support groups.

• This position provides support to our partners on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Develops and documents procedures used by other technicians. Works on assignments that are less complex in nature where judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making recommendations.

• This position operates in a quick-reaction/customer-focused team environment and under supervision from the Engineer and Sr. Engineers. This position establishes processes and procedures for the installation, maintenance, and services of IT Equipment and related software.

• Responsibilities may further encompass scripting, hardware and software technical support analysis, communications, network systems analysis, data security analysis, software quality assurance and testing.
