We are hiring a Groundskeeper to our growing team! The Groundskeeper is a perfect job for someone who enjoys being outside and doesn't mind getting their hands dirty. The ideal candidate is reliable and responsible, and enjoys working as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general groundskeeping functions such as mowing, trimming, weed control, irrigation etc.

  • Operate commercial machinery such as zero turn mower, walk behind mower, hedge trimmer, leaf blower etc.

  • Prioritize safety at all times

  • Maintain equipment in good working order

    Key Experience and Education Needed:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred

  • Valid driver's license required

  • Strong work ethic is a must

  • Ability to meet deadlines and stay on schedule

  • Physical ability to perform labor intensive work in variable weather conditions

    KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: 

  • Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time

  • Ability to read detailed instructions 

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50  lbs.

  • Ability to use personal protective equipment: Eye wear, Steel toe boots, Gloves, and Ear plugs

  • Ability to operate lawn mower, clippers, and weed eater

  • Must have sufficient mobility to perform duties of job
