We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Travel Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for arranging air transportation, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation for team members and employee candidates. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to ensure compliance with our company’s travel policy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange air transportation, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation for team members and employee candidates.

  • Monitor the travel request queue to ensure timely processing of travel arrangements.

  • Ensure compliance with company travel policy and use of preferred rates.

  • Verify the accuracy of all travel arrangements.

  • Ensure the utilization of unused tickets.

  • Collaborate with fellow Travel & Expense team members to support business operations.

  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Travel arrangement experience is preferred, but not required.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Schedule: Flexibility in work schedule is required.

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Time Management: Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated ability to maintain consistently positive interactions with internal teams and external partners.

  • Prioritization: Ability to prioritize conflicting deadlines with proper escalation of issues as they arise.

  • Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Attitude: Flexible, helpful, can-do attitude with energy and enthusiasm.

  • Personal Attributes: High level of self-awareness, integrity, emotional maturity, and diplomacy.

  • Autonomy: Self-starter who can work with some autonomy and exercise independent decision-making skills; ability to identify and suggest improvements.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a similar travel coordination or administrative role.

  • Familiarity with travel booking systems and tools.

  • Understanding of travel industry trends and best practices.

Salary: $21 / hr
