This position serves as a Project Manager. In this role, you willperform control functions and project management for Customer Support projects for the Department of Innovation & Technology (DoIT); analyze and identify metric trending and performance anomalies related to Customer Support projects; provide State contract and vendor management support on assigned projects to enforce adherence to project scope, budget, timeline, quality, and deliverables; implement and evaluate standardized policies and procedures as identified by Customer Support; and assist with directing program and project management functions for process documentation and automation.

Essential Functions

? Subject to management approval, serves as a Project Manager performing control functions and project management for Customer Service Center Telecommunication projects for the Department of Innovation & Technology (DoIT).

Analyzes and identifies metric trending and performance anomalies related to Customer Service Center projects.

Provides State contract and vendor management support on assigned projects to enforce adherence to project scope, budget, timeline, quality, and deliverables.

Develops policies, methods, procedures, and forms to implement changes in management functions

Assists with directing program and project management functions for process documentation and automation.

Keeps abreast of new developments in the information technology field by continuing education through meetings, training sessions, seminars, and conferences to increase familiarity with and remain current on products, vendors, techniques, and procedures.

Performs other duties as required or assigned, which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
