Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Foreman to work closely with fellow team members to ensure accuracy on job sites, assist in project completion, and troubleshoot any issues that arise. This position oversees onsite concrete paving, dirt, and pipe operations on multiple projects by managing daily onsite work, maintaining records, tracking production quantities, and verifying employee time. The Foreman will also work alongside the Project Manager to manage subcontractors and ensure that all safety requirements are met for both our team and clients. This role demands a high degree of accuracy, communication, and critical thinking.
Responsibilities
Oversee onsite concrete paving, dirt, and pipe operations on multiple projects.
Manage daily onsite work, maintain records, track production quantities, and verify employee time.
Work alongside the Project Manager to manage subcontractors.
Ensure the safety of the team and compliance with all safety requirements.
Assist in project completion and troubleshoot issues that arise.
Essential Skills
Experience in the heavy highway industry, with at least five years in a supervisory role.
Strong understanding of technology.
Experience using iPads and computers.
Ability to travel within a 2-hour radius.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Construction management experience.
Highway and road construction experience.
Commercial construction experience.
Experience with general contractors and subcontractor management.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
