We are on the lookout for a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our innovative IT PMO team. Responsibilities:

Monitoring and Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of operational data to detect trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor dashboards to facilitate real-time oversight and proactive response.

Performance Optimization:

  • Collaborate with IT teams to optimize process performance, capacity, and scalability.
  • Recommend improvements to processes, configurations, and technologies to enhance strategic processes.
  • Conduct performance testing and tuning exercises to maintain optimal system performance.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on organizational performance and operational metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and reporting.

Compliance and policy

  • Ensure IT complies with Tyson policies, regulations, and legal standards.
  • Work with policy holders to ensure best practices and participate in audits and compliance assessments.
  • Monitor and report on policy violations and vulnerabilities, collaborating with audit teams as needed

Adaptability to Changing Priorities:

  • Respond promptly and effectively to changes in project scope, schedules, and priorities.
  • Prioritize tasks and allocate resources based on evolving business needs and operational requirements.
  • Communicate changes and their impact to stakeholders and team members, ensuring alignment and clarity in objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Senior Analyst or similar role in IT leadership role, preferably in a complex environment.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure components.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong self-awareness and emotional intelligence

Key Skill sets:

  • Prepare content for large meetings, coordinate with guest speakers, drive towards key deadlines
  • Ability to run meetings, assign action items and use key deadlines to make action plans for next steps
  • Time Management and prioritize work
  • Set realistic expectations for deadlines
  • Creative problem solver, with sense of urgency and solid influencing skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills

Nice to have:

  • ServiceNow experience is a Plus
  • Clarity PPM experience is a Plus
  • Jira experience is a Plus
