We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager for a growing company based in San Diego. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management, staff supervision, saftey compliance, process optimization, order fulfillment, budget management, supplier coordination, reporting and equipment maintenance.

salary: $55,000 - $60,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Overseeing inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts, and implementing effective inventory control measures.

• Staff Supervision: Hiring, training, and managing warehouse staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance.

• Safety Compliance: Ensuring the warehouse adheres to safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

• Process Optimization: Analyzing and improving warehouse processes for efficiency, including layout, workflows, and technology use.

• Order Fulfillment: Coordinating the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.

• Budget Management: Monitoring warehouse operating costs and helping to manage the budget to ensure financial efficiency.

• Supplier Coordination: Working with suppliers and vendors to manage incoming shipments and resolve any discrepancies or issues.

• Reporting: Generating reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment rates, and other key performance indicators to inform management decisions.

• Equipment Maintenance: Ensuring that all warehouse equipment is properly maintained and operational.

• Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries and issues related to order fulfillment and delivery.

• Technology Integration: Implementing and managing warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology solutions to improve operations
