Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Treasury Analyst/Assistant Treasurer in the detail oriented Services industry. The role is based in Spring, Texas, United States. In this role, you will be expected to develop and manage key processes within the Treasury department to enhance operational activities and efficiencies. You will work closely with various teams in areas such as liquidity management, financial risk management, and cash flow forecasting. This is a hybrid role, with some days requiring attendance in the office.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure sufficient liquidity exists to meet the company’s operational needs.

• Design and develop strategies to optimize funding and cash positions.

• Drive the technology strategy for Treasury and lead the implementation of new technologies, products, and services to improve and simplify processes.

• Enhance value and efficiency in all areas of day-to-day Treasury operations while minimizing risk and fees.

• Open/Close/Update global bank accounts and maintain accurate bank account repository for compliance and Foreign Bank Account Reporting (FBAR) purposes.

• Maintain important relationships with vendors and financial partners and serve as bank account administrator for numerous platforms.

• Manage external relationships and internal processes related to merchant credit card services and gateway platforms.

• Foster business relationships with the financial community to stay abreast of trends and developments.

• Ensure sound internal controls environment through the oversight of policies and procedures for core Treasury operations, activities, and functions.

• Collaborate with cross functional partners, including Financial Service Group, IMS Applications, Business Development and Operations on special projects and ad hoc assignments.

• Execute spot foreign exchange trades to support multi-currency cash needs. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions

• Familiarity with Banking Operation

• Experience in managing Cash Activity

• Ability to manage Check Processing

• Thorough knowledge of Credit management

• Experience in Global Treasury operations

• Proficiency in Oracle software

• Familiarity with International trade operations
