HP Inc. Program Manager - Organizational Design in Spring, Texas

The People Organization Solutions (PO Solutions) team is part of the newly formed Enterprise Initiatives and Planning organization. This exciting, collaborative team has enterprise-wide impact through providing dynamic and iterative solutions. The PO Solutions mission is to empower our colleagues in the People Organization (PO) to become more strategically aligned with the business needs, more flexible and agile, and more efficient overall. We solve top people challenges and priorities for PO with agile teams enabling rapid and iterative implementation of initiatives.

One of the key pillars of our charter is organizational design and effectiveness and we provide the following services to internal customers: consultation and guidance, program management, strategy alignment, organizational design workshops, communication, workforce transition.

How will you add value to the team?

  • Bring experience and strong expertise in HR business partnering and org design/org effectiveness.

  • Provide strategic guidance to People Partners, leaders and managers, aligning people strategies and org structures with business objectives.

  • Drive org design initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, employee engagement, and organizational performance.

  • Apply change management methodologies to ensure successful adoption of new structures and processes.

  • Consider the employee experience in all methods of operationalizing org design and effectiveness.

What does your day-to-day look like?

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, design and implement org design solutions aligned with the set goals.

  • Lead cross-functional project teams to execute org design initiatives, bringing together PO and business stakeholders.

  • Facilitate and/or support org design workshops with the business and the lead People Partner.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational design efforts, making adjustments as needed.

  • Design and enhance org design tools, templates, and approaches. Provide guidance and consultation to internal customers on how to best leverage existing tools.

  • Quickly building trust and establishing relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Your skills and experiences:

  • You have a passion and a proven track record in organizational design and effectiveness consulting in partnering with People Partners and senior business leaders.

  • You have a strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.

  • You are organized, have a bias for action.

  • You thrive at collaboration and sharing best practices.

  • You demonstrate excellent program management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • You excel at building relationships and alliances, and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • You easily interpret data and can provide meaningful insights to inform decisions

  • Change management expertise, with the ability to navigate and lead organizational change.

  • You are highly adaptable, ready to pivot from one initiative to another.

The base pay range for this role is $102,500 - 157,850 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
