We are offering an exciting opportunity for a CFO in the automotive industry, based in Spring, Texas.

The CFO would be responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting operations for our growing company. This includes managing finances, setting financial objectives, and controlling financial risks. As a key member of the senior management team, the CFO will be involved in strategic planning, operational oversight, and resource allocation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives.

• Manage the company’s financial planning and budgeting processes, including regular budget reviews.

• Develop financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk.

• Oversee the preparation of all financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, reports for stakeholders, and tax returns.

• Direct and monitor all aspects of accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

• Conduct regular reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.

• Oversee regulatory and business form submissions and interface with external auditors and regulators.

• Interface with and report financial results and projections to the Board of Directors.

• Manage relationships with financial service providers including auditors, bankers and insurance agents.

• Participate in key strategic decisions pertaining to the company’s expansion or acquisition plans.

  Requirements

• Must have franchise dealership experience

• 5+ years at the leadership level

• Leadership – will lead a team of 15+, need to have a respectful leadership style and set people up for success

• Bachelor degree in Accounting
