T he Team:

The HP Workforce Solutions (HPWS) organization is scaling and innovating HP's services and software business across the entire lifecycle of our customers, who are CIO's and IT decision makers. The HPWS Chief of Staff team plays a strategic and operational role in driving the organization's vision, goals, and executive excellence, while fostering collaboration, communications, and organizational effectiveness.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized intern to join our Chief of Staff office. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain insight into the strategic and operational aspects of our organization while working closely with senior leadership.

Education and Experience Required:

  • 2nd or 3rd Year of bachelor's degree completed, or 1st year of Master's/MBA program completed. Preferably in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Must be enrolled full-time at an accredited university.

Preferred Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.

  • Strong executive-level presentation skills (storyboarding, development, and delivery).

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather, analyze, and present data and insights.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Proficiency in using Smartsheet is a plus.

  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Previous internship or work experience in a professional environment is a plus.

  • Demonstrated coursework and interest in business, economics, finance, marketing, communications, strategic planning, operations, and/or project or program management.
