Job Title: Electrical & Instrumentation MultiCraft Technician

Location: York, PA

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Overview: Our client is seeking several skilled Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) MultiCraft Technicians for their industrial manufacturing facility. These are direct hire positions offering a competitive healthcare benefit package and a 401K match. The ideal candidates will work under the direction of the lead craftsperson and must be proficient in all aspects of industrial electrical and instrumentation work, including 3-phase motors up to 2300 volts, control components, pneumatic control devices, transmitters, control valves, and interfacing with PLC/DCS control systems. Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to the company's safety standards, promoting a safe working environment by attending all training sessions and safety committee meetings, and ensuring all safety concerns are addressed.

  • Uphold safety standards by consistently following safe practices, wearing protective equipment as required, and completing pre-job safety checklists.

  • Work independently on routine assignments following drawings, sketches, oral or written instructions, established procedures, and accepted practices.

  • Provide all required documentation, time confirmations, and feedback upon job completion.

  • Perform varying crew assignments and duties based on job and skill requirements, ensuring the safe and efficient completion of work with available crew personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school in a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience and training, or a combination of education and experience totaling at least 5 years.

  • Proven ability to work with 3-phase motors up to 2300 volts, control components, pneumatic control devices, transmitters, control valves, and PLC/DCS control systems.
