Marketing Internship

Scot Forge Company is looking to hire a Marketing Intern for the Summer of 2025 at the corporate facility in Spring Grove, IL. A marketing internship at Scot Forge will provide a variety of experiences and exposure to the marketing profession. This intern will be supporting the marketing team through their daily tasks and projects.

Anticipated Projects include:

• Gather, analyze and communicate market data and quote feedback in order to create targeted marketing campaigns and sales segmentation

• Content creation for social media, blog, website and print collateral

• Create visuals and messaging for targeted digital, social and print advertising campaigns

• Customer-focused advertising and event planning

• Employee engagement projects

• Aid in internal communication content creation

Qualifications:

Required Skills

• Junior or Senior standing in a Bachelor’s program, majoring in Business, Sales, Marketing or Communications

• Independent worker with strong self-management and problem-solving skills, who can demonstrate learning agility

• Outgoing personality with a natural curiosity and logic-based thought process

• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments

• Excellent writing, proofreading, and communication skills

Additional Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work anywhere in the U.S. without sponsorship

• Must be able to pass a 90-day head hair drug test today.
