About Us
Spokane Community College (SCC) is a beautiful campus located in the inland Pacific Northwest, on the ancestral home of the Spokane Tribe, near the Spokane River. Our campus is not far from the urban center of Spokane, a mid-sized city with a high quality of life and quick access to the outdoors.

About the Re-Entry Navigator
[JOB SUMMARY]{.underline}
Reporting to the WorkForce Transitions Manager, the Re-Entry Navigator plans and manages the support and transition to pre-college and college programs, to increase the colleges' capacity to serve current and former incarcerated students, as well as the development of college and community collaborations that support program goals.
The Re-Entry Navigator will collaborate with DOC officials, Spokane Community College (SCC) staff, counselors, and instructors to assist formerly incarcerated students with placement testing, course enrollment, navigating support services, connecting to resources, finding employment, and develop a peer mentoring program to aid their transition back into the community.
Applicants with experience with incarceration or knowledge of the prison system are encouraged to apply. Appointment of the successful candidate to this position may be made contingent upon a satisfactory outcome of a criminal conviction history check.
