SNAP is seeking a qualified individual for a Property Management Coordinator to join our growing team! Position Summary: Manages day-to-day operations of a 354-unit affordable housing portfolio. Specific focus on activities relating to leasing, compliance, and waitlist management. Ensures compliance with SNAP procedures and applicable regulations including, but not limited to, HUD regulations, including Housing Quality Standards, Washington State Landlord-Tenant Law, Tax Credit, HOME, NHTF & HTF compliance to ensure that SNAP's interests are protected.  Promotes community concept among SNAP properties, providing a clean, safe, friendly, and comfortable place for people to live.

Starting salary for this position is $26.57-$29.78 per hour DOE

Full range is $26.57-$42.05 per hour
