Coffman Engineers is seeking a highly skilled, self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with an interest in working with professionals on challenging projects providing project-related administrative support. You will have the opportunity to support projects and team members across various disciplines. The successful candidate will be an outgoing and enthusiastic self-starter, with a desire to work and grow with a multidiscipline engineering team and be willing to have fun! Qualifications High School diploma required; two- or four-year degree in related field a plus. Able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle many complex issues simultaneously. Possess strong critical thinking, organizational, and analytical abilities. Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy. Maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers. Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel a plus. Able to work independently as well as in a team. Experience in coordinating with a multi-discipline design team preferred. Excellent time management skills. A positive attitude with a focus on team and client success. Job Specifications Complete and track tasks requiring a specialized technical knowledge of the AEC industry. Serve as intermediary between Project Manager and other staff as needed. Assist with drafting documents, help with proposals, and handle calls with staff, clients, and teaming partners. Perform research to resolve billing inquiries and issues both internally and externally. File, track, review, and organize Master Service Agreements and Term Contracts, and notify Project Managers of issues as appropriate. Coordinate with Project Manager on required contract/project documentation requirements. Pull cost reports to track labor, travel, materials, and other project expenses for Project Manager. Interface with key stakeholders (PM, clients, Accounting) as directed. Assist Project Manager with submittals and project deliverables. Assist project teams with close-out requirements and ensure a timely close-out process. May assist with documenting meetings, specifications, and word processing if necessary. Perform other duties as assigned. Expected annual salary range depending on experience: $55,000-$68,000 This position is not eligible for sponsorship.
