Position Overview As a Sales Consultant, you'll be the driving force behind the top-line growth of the branch you report into. In this position, you will report to a Regional Sales Manager that will train you, coach you and assist you in closing new business. After your 13-week training period, you will be ready to identify and secure new customers, build relationships, and deliver customized solutions for all types of businesses in food & beverage, industrial and healthcare industries that use linen, uniforms, and facility services like first aid and restroom supplies. With the support of a dedicated team, you'll develop your skills, meet your financial goals, and help your branch achieve its growth goals. Daily Position Activities: * Build a pipeline of new business by identifying prospects, cold calling, qualifying leads, and presenting tailored proposals. * Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas by proactively managing your Salesforce sales funnel. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new customers. * Prepare for and participate in weekly branch growth meetings to outline your upcoming customer installations. * Foster strong relationships with new customers to ensure smooth transition to service team. * Safely operate a company vehicle and follow all policies and procedures.
