Job Description

The LPN provides holistic care to terminally ill pediatric or adult patients and their families by providing nursing care according to the Plan of Care under the supervision of a registered nurse. The LPN works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary hospice group (IDG) to anticipate changes in the patient's condition, avoid crises, promote patient and family choice, ensure continuity of care, and enhance the quality of life of dying patients.

Skills and Requirements

WA State LPN License

1 year of Nursing experience

Prior Hospice, Homecare, or Long Term Care experience.
