Jacobs Construction Project Manager (Spokane, WA) in Spokane, Washington

Join our collaborative team providing our clients with award-winning planning, engineering, design, and construction management project delivery. We are looking for a passionate Construction Project Management Professional in Spokane, WA who is driven by collaboration, exceeding expectations, and challenging the status quo.

By developing and delivering on project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules, you’ll help our teams achieve our client’s objectives. Your keen ability to multi-task, communicate effectively and tackle project challenges will allow you to thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Candidate must be able to:

Oversee the work of staff members and ensure they meet production targets

Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, client personnel, and contractors, while managing total site coordination, including security measures, to maintain seamless operations.

Integrate into client operations to align with their processes and objectives.

Plan the workflow, monitor productivity, and provide feedback to help employees grow

Set performance goals and deadlines

Bachelor of Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent years in industry experience

10+ years of experience managing construction projects

Experience in coordinating on-site work within electrical, civil, and mechanical industrial facilities, with a strong understanding of installation methods and practices.

Background in utility construction, including site civil, generation, substation, and transmission work preferred, electric utility experience preferred
