What you will do: Reporting and Processes Collaborate with operations to establish an accurate 12-month supply plan at the mill/line level monthly Partner with Sales to establish an accurate 12-month demand plan at the customer level monthly Prepare meeting communication and analysis used in the monthly demand review, supply review, and balancing review meetings Provide support to sales and operations planning process as the key resource for sales/customer/production/inventory data Develop and manage supply reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) Develop and maintain key reports used in forecasting process Leadership and Analysis Partner with and coordinate activity across the sales, manufacturing, and distribution network to ensure overall success in implementing plans Provide analysis to challenge and improve the supply and demand plan Facilitate communication between sales, operations, and supply chain in support of major S&OP initiatives Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve processes and systems Key Competencies & Attributes Strong understanding of critical financial business metrics; ability to develop and leverage data to quantitively and analytically make business decisions and take smart risks Able to think strategically and act tactically Demonstrated ability to participate in a matrixed and highly collaborative environment to influence change and core processes High degree of business curiosity; quick learner with a proactive and agile mindset Optimistically looks toward future for opportunities to innovate and improve Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal); leading and presenting complex materials for various audiences Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to changing business environments What you will need: Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or other related discipline required. 3 years' experience with forecasting, supply planning, inventory management, or business analytics Supply chain management (APICS) certification preferred Must be able to work independently and exert influence on short & long-range goals and objectives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels of management, to motivate others and sell ideas. Excellent presentation skills required. Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word. In Excel, must be proficient with pivot tables, charting, formulas, and working with large data sets Experience with data analytic tools e.g., Power BI Office environment; with limited exposure to manufacturing production mill environment-hot, dusty, humid, noisy, various environmental exposures Some eye fatigue due to computer use and sitting for extended periods of time Less than 10% domestic travel Total Reward Details: We prioritize an exceptional workplace experience, offering a comprehensive total reward package.
