Aston Carter Accounts Receivable Specialist in Spokane, Washington

Logistics:

• Position: accounts receivable specialist

• Compliance: Willing to submit to a background check and drug screening

• Hourly Range: $24/Hr-$26/hr DOE

• Work Environment: Full-time Monday – Friday 8 AM - 5 PM (flexible start times)

• Placement Type: 6-Month Contract-to-hire

• Location: Spokane, Washington, 99217-7702, United States

Job Description:

Aston Carter is partnering with a local concrete manufacturing company to find a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to oversee billing operations and processed in order to ensure collection of account balances. This individual will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Prepare and send Invoices.

• Contact customers for payment resolution.

• Record and reconcile payments.

• Resolve payment discrepancies.

• Manage collection efforts and associated functions.

• Handle sensitive information in a timely manner.

• Provide support for internal and external audits.

• Other duties as assigned

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in accounting or related field

• 2-3 years’ experience with collection, invoicing, and/or accounts receivable

• Knowledge of GAAP and basic accounting principles

• Ability to work collaboratively.

• Strong attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
