Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday & Saturday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm (must be flexible) $21.21 - $29.70 USD Hourly Client Services Specialist (or Client Resolution Specialist) field calls from our Clients: is responsible for responding to and following through on client inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely and accurate manner.; troubleshoot for marketing personnel and be a liaison for marketing reps and clients and may serve as the first contact for guests, clients, patients and vendors and must represent Incyte Diagnostics in a professional manner. You Will: Dispatch calls quickly, announcing calls where appropriate Maintain an accurate phone log, recording pertinent information to include time of call, caller, reason for call (with accession number if appropriate) and disposition of call Maintain accurate recording of categories of calls for QA purposes Client Services interaction in utmost professional manner: accurately and professionally announce visitors to Incyte personnel Manage the sign-in procedure of all guests and badge appropriately and retrieve guest badges Maintain integrity of patient database by inserting appropriate notations in electronic patient file when records are printed/faxed, special requests are made, etc. Provide timely preparations of send outs and specimen returns, logging information accurately in patient database Marketing support and perform general receptionist duties Maintain seamless flow of communication regarding client concerns, etc. with account representatives Review and analyze marketing data to provide volume trends Perform other necessary job responsibilities Qualifications High school diploma, or equivalent Customer service experience required: minimum one year experience in a medical office or Laboratory, preferred Knowledge of medical terminology or Anatomy and physiology knowledge, preferred Multi-tasking ability & ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems Professional and courteous phone skills - a must Intermediate proficiency with computer and operating systems: Intermediate Word & Excel skills and knowledge of PowerPath software, preferred Incyte Diagnostics is an EOE, including disability/veterans: All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
