YOUR IMPACT
Identify process improvements in the areas of safety, quality, and productivity
Write assembly work processes and man assignment procedures
Determine appropriate assembly fixtures
Review and select required special tooling and equipment
Establish manpower requirements, line and sub-assembly balancing data, and expectancy time performances
Process documentation and control of prototype assembly issues
Assist in plant layout and work station design
Exhibit a high level of computer literacy
Plan, schedule and prioritize work to meet established deadlines
Determine/improve processes to meet production levels
Provide technical support and assist as a resource person in assigned area
Perform stop watch time studies
Utilize Lean/Six Sigma principles and methodologies in making process improvements
Utilize Autocad software
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
Five (5) or more years of experience
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to root cause and troubleshoot automated equipment
Capability to work both independently and with multiple functional teams
Provide plant floor production support as required
Fanac Robotic experience
Proficiency with 3d modeling (inventor or Catia preferred)
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project
Pay Range:
$72,200.00 - $116,200.00
The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
