Location: Greer, SC Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 3:30pm $19-$22/hr !!! 5%-8% Annual Cash Bonus !!! We are actively recruiting for a client located in Greer, SC for an electronic assembly technician to join their team, IMMEDIATELY. The ideal candidate will have the following experience:  Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or another related field  High level knowledge and experience with hand and power tools  mechanical/electrical/electronic aptitude  Willingness and ability to learn new skills on the job  Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings  Problem-solving skills with great attention to detail  Desire to multitask in a fast-paced, often-changing environment  Ability to occasionally lift up to 100 lbs with assistance

salary: $39,520 - $45,760 per year

work hours: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Assembly of electrical and mechanical devices comprising a complete Weld Control as well as subassemblies for those controls.

• Measuring, cutting, crimping, and soldering of wire harnesses

• The use of various hand and power tools, as well as measurement equipment to include micrometers, and calipers

• Occasional shearing, sawing, drilling, punching, or tapping holes in sheet metal

• Maintain clean and safe work area

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• standing for 8 hours at one time

Skills

• Electronic Maintenance

• Circuit Board Assembling

• electrical blueprints

• Mechanical Blueprint

• Soldering (1 year of experience is required)
