Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production team member to join their team. As a Production professional, you will be part of a dynamic environment supporting various production needs. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production

Location: Sparta, TN

Pay Range & Shift: M-Th 6am-4:30pm $14hr or F-Sun 6am-6:30pm $16.10hr

What's the Job?

• Work in sewing, cutting, embroidery, screen printing, sublimation, warehouse, picking, packing, or shipping.

• Manufacture products to specifications for each custom order.

• Maintain equipment and make adjustments as required.

• Identify and report defects to the area lead during the production process.

• Follow production schedules to produce products on time.

What's Needed?

• Detail-oriented and organized.

• Ability to understand product specifications and visuals.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Adaptability to a quickly changing environment.

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform light computer work.
