A Maintenance Technician II job is available with our client in Sparks, NV. In this role you will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facilities, electrical systems, machines, equipment, and tools. To be considered for this role, you will have a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent and typically 2 or more years of relevant experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair our facilities, electrical systems, machines, equipment, and tools.

• Conduct routine, periodic, or special inspections to find repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of our facilities, machinery, and equipment.

• Frequently exposed to outdoor elements (high/low temperatures, sun, rain/snow, etc.).

• Frequently exposed to fumes or hazardous chemicals/materials.

• Safety Sensitive Position: Inspects structures, equipment or vehicles.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent and typically 2 or more years of relevant experience.

• A higher level degree may substitute for experience.

• Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education.

• Must have a valid driver's license.

• Experience with safe use of tools and equipment.

• Experience working with hand and power tools.

• Ability to drive a forklift.
