SUMMARY:

Lead Textile/Floor Cleaning Technicians

are to maintain all textiles throughout Western Village Inn and Casino properties.

MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma, GED, or trade school equivalent required
• Minimum of three years of experience in carpet restoration and cleaning
• Be organized, flexible and able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
• Must be able to maintain high levels of confidence

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

• Maintain an orderly schedule of preventative maintenance, throughout the public areas.
• Respond promptly to needs of company.
• Maintain a constant awareness of safety problems and report unsafe conditions and exposures to shift supervisor.
• Attend and successfully complete all internal training courses and requirements.
• Provide the necessary training to team members on all aspects of carpet/textile cleaning, equipment uses, chemical use.
• Must be able to accurately read and write the correct time of day.
• Must be knowledgeable of all public areas locations (guest service)
• Must be able to communicate, read and write in English
• This position will primarily cover the cleaning shift supervisors days off
• Manage and support the cleaning team, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
