SUMMARY:

The ideal candidate will have janitorial experience and be comfortable performing a variety of tasks to ensure the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities and vehicles.

MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous janitorial or facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and able to manage time effectively.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

• Perform janitorial duties to maintain cleanliness of the facilities and vehicles.
• Conduct chain repairs and manage inventory.
• Fuel vehicles and ensure they are ready for use.
• Procure supplies for the shop as needed.
• Maintaining cleanliness of vehicles.
• Maintain daily inventory and assist with organization.
• Manage files, including storing and discarding documents as necessary.
• Assist with snow removal during winter months.
• Climb ladders and perform heavy lifting as required periodically.
• Work in various environments, including hot and cold conditions.
