Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accruals and adjusting entries to ensure accurate financial reporting.

  • Investigate and resolve account discrepancies, reporting findings to management.

  • Review and interpret accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

  • Conduct accounting analysis, including balance sheet reconciliations and expense analysis.

  • Assist with ad hoc projects to enhance fixed asset management.

  • Monitor daily cash position, managing disbursements and receipts.

  • Support Construction in Process (CIP) recording and tracking.

  • Maintain records of new and disposed fixed assets.

  • Handle customer invoicing and accounts payable processing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.

  • CPA designation or progress towards certification preferred.

  • Strong understanding of GAAP principles and accounting practices.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Note:

This role is HYBRID; thus, open to candidates near/in/around Sparks, NV.

Pay Details: $32.00 to $34.00 per hour
