SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for data verification of purchase orders and investigation, and reconciliation of transaction import failures from EDI and Optical Character Recognition Software to our Oracle ERP system. Enforces company pricing, supply chain, and claims policies. Works closely with internal and external sources.

MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

Demonstrated negotiation and conflict management skills

Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and multiple functions/levels within the organization

Must have intermediate knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, PowerBi knowledge a plus

Ability to perform at a high level of accuracy

Must have a strong sense of urgency with priorities

Must be able to identify and investigate anomalies

General EDI document knowledge a plus

Must have ability to work independently and exercise proper judgment

Associate or equivalent degree
