Overview:

Join our $2 billion international manufacturing company as an Accounting Shared Services Manager. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, manage a team of 6, and report directly to the Director of Shared Services.

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 6 accounting professionals.

• Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

• Accounts Payable Management:

• Oversee end-to-end AP processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Develop strategies to optimize AP efficiency and streamline workflows.

• Accounts Receivable Management:

• Manage billing, collections, and cash application processes.

• Minimize delinquencies and improve cash flow by monitoring AR aging.

• Financial Reporting and Compliance:

• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

• Process Improvement Initiatives:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.

• Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in accounting shared services.

• Strong understanding of AP/AR processes and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
