This is a job for a Production Test Tech I - CONV position with a company located in the Southaven, MS area. 

Job Summary: In this role, you'd be a permanent team member at one of our Logistics Centers (Warehouses). What You'll Do: Performs the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies. Determines and may develop test specifications, methods and procedures from blueprints, drawings, and diagrams. Tests and troubleshoots assemblies and/or final systems. May complete rework on assemblies and/or systems because of testing. Prepares technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems. May assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment.

What we are looking for: Basic understanding of ESD requirement (will train on fist date). Ability to lift 50lbs consistently. Work standing for full shift. Work with precision tooling in small places. Must be a team player, flexible, dedicated, and can-do attitude. Must have ability to work fast paced and adapt to change. Must be willing and eager to learn. Must have a quality and attention to detail mindset. Mandatory overtime hours as needed with little notice. The last week of each month, no off day. 1+ Years' working in the IT field as a computer technician. Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Basic understanding of Computer Hardware. Some knowledge of Operating Systems Win 10 and Win 11. Server experience would be beneficial. Printer experience would be beneficial. Ability to use precision hand tools in tight spots. Ability to use a hand-held scanner. Ability to read and comprehend basic work instructions. Must have a great attention to detail mindset. May perform other tasks including but not limited to unpacking, packaging, and placing labels.
