This Position is for an Academic Instructor with a job corps agency located in Memphis, TN.

General Function: Function as an Academic Instructor in a classroom setting, providing instruction in skills necessary to master academic competencies; Provides engaging instruction, administers tests, and evaluates progress in reading, writing, social studies, science and mathematics understanding and proficiency; Identify and use appropriate materials and instruction for the students being taught and the essential functions.

Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelors Degree and certified to teach in state in which center is located; A State Teacher Certification is required in the state where the Job Corps Center is located; A valid Regular Driver License is required.

Normal work schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM; Saturday and Sunday OFF.
