Job Title: Soldering Assembler

Join a Manufacturing team as a Soldering Assembler and help scale our drone production.

Responsibilities:

• Solder electronic components onto PCBs following schematics.

• Inspect and test soldered joints.

• Rework and repair defective components.

• Maintain a clean work area and tools.

• Follow safety guidelines.

• Collaborate to meet production goals.

• Document assembly issues.

Essential Skills:

• Advanced soldering skills- BGA (Ball Grid Array) Soldering

• Experience with hand/power tools.

• Ability to read SOPs and follow directions.

• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Qualifications:

• 2-3+ years of BGA soldering experience.

• Assembly experience in manufacturing.

• No specific education requirements.
