The Salesforce Administrator 2 is responsible for managing and enhancing the organization's Salesforce platform to meet business needs and ensure optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.

  • Manage user roles, profiles, sharing rules, and permission sets.

  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support business insights.

  • Provide end-user training and support.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.

  • Perform regular system audits and prepare for system upgrades.

Qualifications :

  • 2–4 years of Salesforce experience.

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator required.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features, including Manufacturing Cloud, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

  • Experience with data migration tools and techniques.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Physical Demands : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 - 50 pounds. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel.
