We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join our client, based in South New Berlin, New York. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing staff, and handling budgeting for events. This role is an integral part of our clients team, ensuring the smooth running of operations and contributing to overall success.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

• Manage staff members, including creating and managing their schedules.

• Handle budgeting needs for events, including cost management and allocation.

• Ensure all customer inquiries are resolved promptly and effectively.

• Monitor customer accounts, taking necessary actions when required.

• Maintain accurate records of customer credit applications.

• Process customer credit applications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Implement and manage operational systems and procedures.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of operational strategies.

Requirements

• Must hold a minimum of 3 years of experience in an operations management role or similar.

• Experience working in hospitality or corporate/private events is a must

• Possess strong skills in budget administration, budget allocations, and budget management.

• Demonstrated ability in job scheduling and program scheduling.

• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.

• High level of professionalism and ethical conduct.
