Our client, a global leader in Wealth Management and Invesments, has a need for call center reps. If you are looking to work for a pretigious firm, have excellent customer service and computer skills, please to this role! Must be flexible to accept an 8 hours shift between 6AM-10PM Mon-Sun, shifts are assigned after training. This role is hybrid. Randstad offers weekly pay direct deposit and benefits.

salary: $21.99 - $22 per hour

Responsibilities

Client Support Service Professionals handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on client's accounts. Calls will need to respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, while consistently meeting key department performance metrics. Functional support areas include client's Cash Management products and services, client's Online (client website) and Mobile app, and general account or financial related inquiries. Successful applicants will be highly professional, career driven, and committed to World-Class Service.

· Ability to contribute in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.

· Aptitude to multi-task and adjust quickly to change in a busy financial service center

Must be flexible to work an 8 hours shift between Mon-Sun from 6AM-10 PM
