Aston Carter Service Coordinator in South Easton, Massachusetts

Job Title: Service Coordinator

Job Description

• Answer customer calls and emails.

• Resolve customer issues and inquiries.

• Create estimates for maintenance and service repairs.

• Schedule Technicians to complete open work orders.

• Follow up on repair part orders.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Hard Skills

  • 2+ years in a mechanical environment (e.g., Auto dealerships, Mechanical Service Repair Shops)

  • Mechanical Acumen

  • Customer service experience

  • High School Diploma/GED

  • Salesforce experience (a plus)

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong organizational abilities

  • Detail-oriented

  • Team player

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in South Easton, Massachusetts.

Work Environment

This job operates primarily in an office environment on the company site with some interaction with a warehouse/shipping area.
