Seeking shift leader. Must have open availability. Each day, lead our crew to provide high-quality cookies in an efficient, professional manner by processing and assisting, coaching, mentoring and preparing orders for customers, making and balling dough, frosting and topping cookies. Crew Shift Leaders must be able to stand, walk, bend, & lift heavy items from time-to-time, smiling all the way! Additionally, they will assist with creating a game plan for the day, cash handling, contributing to team leadership and holding crew to standard of excellence. Salary range is $14.00 + tips. Nights and evening shift. 30-40 Hours a week.
