What would I do as a Next Gen Teacher?

Teachers are responsible for developing a cohesive teaching team, implementing the curriculum, and managing the day-to-day operational activities and cleaning duties of the classroom. Teachers must understand childrens cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in order to ensure a safe and stimulating environment where children are actively engaged and encouraged to succeed. Teachers must be skilled in communicating with both children and adults in order to meet the needs of the children, effectively collaborate with other teachers at their campus, and assist in resolving parental concerns.
